1. Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer – T/T)

Bank transfer is the most commonly used and preferred payment method for international orders. It is secure, widely accepted, and compatible with business transactions of all sizes.

Advantages:

• Highly secure and traceable

• Accepted by banks globally

• Ideal for high-value machinery orders

• Provides clear documentation for both buyers and sellers

Standard Terms:

• Typically 30%–50% deposit to begin production

• Remaining balance payable before shipment

• All bank charges must be covered by the buyer

We recommend customers double-check bank account details before initiating payment to avoid delays or misdirection.

2. Letter of Credit (L/C)

For large-volume or repeated orders, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit from reputable banks.

Benefits of L/C:

• Provides protection for both parties

• Commonly used for large international transactions

• Ensures payment is released only after required shipping documents are presented

L/C terms must be discussed and approved in advance. Extra administrative fees or banking charges may apply.

3. Alibaba Trade Assurance (Optional for Selected Orders)

For customers who prefer additional transaction protection, we offer Alibaba Trade Assurance for selected products and order sizes.

Why use Trade Assurance:

• Buyer payment protection

• Guaranteed compliance with production and delivery requirements

• Convenient payment through Alibaba’s secure platform

Note: Availability depends on order type and production schedule.

Payment Verification and Processing

Once payment is made, customers should send the bank slip or transaction receipt to our sales representative. Production or shipment will only proceed after official confirmation from our finance department. Please allow 1–3 business days for international transfers to appear in our system.

• Wandeli Machinery does not request payments to personal accounts.

• Always confirm bank details only with official company representatives.

• Payment-related emails will be sent from official company domains only.

• Any changes in payment information must be verified through a secondary confirmation channel.
