1. Warranty Coverage

All Wandeli portable tile and stone cutting machines come with a standard 12-month warranty for Brushless Motor & 3-months for Brush motor starting from the invoice date. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Electrical and mechanical failures not caused by misuse

• Replacement of defective components during the warranty period

• Remote technical assistance for troubleshooting and operation

Wandeli’s goal is to ensure that every customer receives dependable equipment backed by responsive after-sales support.

2. Warranty Exclusions

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by improper installation, wrong voltage, or poor maintenance

• Wear-and-tear items such as blades, bearings, sliding wheels, belts, and consumables

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

• Surface scratches, rust, or minor cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

• Damage occurring during shipping when the buyer selects their own freight forwarder

If you are unsure whether an issue is covered, our support team will evaluate the case based on photos, videos, and usage information.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, customers must:

1. Contact our support team with details of the issue

2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the problem

3. Share the machine model number, serial number, and invoice copy

4. Await our technician’s evaluation and troubleshooting instructions

If the defect is confirmed as warranty-covered, we will provide replacement parts at no cost, except freight charges. 

4. Replacement Parts & Support

Wandeli maintains a supply of spare parts for all current machine models. We offer:

• Free replacement for warranty-approved defects

• Paid replacement parts for out-of-warranty items

• Technical guidance for installation and adjustment

• Long-term parts availability to support machine lifespan

For urgent needs, express shipping options can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Because our machines are heavy industrial equipment, returns are handled under specific conditions to ensure fairness to both parties.

Eligible Returns:

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The machine is unused, unopened, and in original condition

• The product was mistakenly shipped by our company

• The customer received the wrong item or specification

• There is a major defect that cannot be repaired or resolved

Non-Eligible Returns:

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The machine has been used or installed

• Damage occurred due to customer handling or shipping arranged by the customer

• The machine was customized or modified for specific requests

• The customer changes their mind after production has started

6. Return Procedure

If a return is approved:

1. The customer must properly repackage the machine in its original crate

2. A return authorization number (RMA) will be provided

3. Shipping costs for returning the product are generally borne by the customer

4. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the machine is inspected

Refund amounts may be adjusted for missing parts, damage, or repacking requirements.
